Returns & Exchange
If, for whatever reason you are not happy with your with your purchase we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase, please note that this excludes bespoke items as they are made to order. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and in an unopened, saleable condition.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products and postage and packing charges will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights. To return any items, please first contact us on 0844 244 8881 (Calls to this number will cost up to 7p per minute plus your telephone company's access charge) or via the contact us page.
You will be required to obtain proof of posting when returning items as we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the event that your item is lost in transit

Please allow 7 days from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. Orders received by 12 noon, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day. Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
Orders received after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered no earlier than the following Tuesday.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, our delivery company will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or misdelivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
We deliver throughout the UK and Internationally. We regret we are unable to deliver to BFPO or PO boxes at this time.
